Kaitlyn currently an undergraduate at Penn State University, majoring in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. In the lab, she aids in the isolation and identification of human gut bacteria and is currently working towards expediting the process through use of MALDI-TOF analysis. Kaitlyn is also on a pre-medicine track pursuing her goals as a clinical volunteer and medical illustrator. In her free time, Kaitlyn enjoys drawing and oil painting.
